Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales or outbound prospecting experience.
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and persistent follow-up.
  • Curious and able to learn new markets and products quickly.
  • Detail-oriented and organized in managing leads and activities.
  • Empathetic approach to engaging prospects.
  • Motivated by hitting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Willingness to join a mission-driven team.
  • Bonus points for direct farm or ag industry experience.
  • Experience in software or fintech is a plus.
  • Experience selling into American industry is beneficial.
