PlayOn is seeking a highly skilled Senior Growth Engineer to drive experimentation and innovation within our platform, accelerating user acquisition, retention, and engagement across NFHS Network and GoFan.

Requirements

• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and Ruby on Rails.
• Hands-on experience with A/B Testing and Experimentation frameworks.
• Experience with payment processing systems like Stripe.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of page speed and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience with AWS Lambda and other cloud-native architectures.
• Expertise in database management systems.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
