PlayOn is looking for a Senior Product Designer who is AI-forward, with strong product instincts, refined interaction and visual design skills, and a deep focus on user and business outcomes to join our Ticketing team.

• Lead the vision and execution of the full B2B2C experience across GoFan.
• Own design for internal admin tools and consumer-facing UI.
• Drive the next evolution of the GoFan experience.
• Design seamless, conversion-oriented B2C experiences.
• Create flexible, scalable UI and workflows.
• Leverage AI to synthesize customer insights.
• Help define and visualize the future vision of GoFan.
• Deliver high-quality prototypes and documentation.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in product design.
• Proven success designing B2B and B2C products.
• Experience leading design for multi-platform products.
• Mastery of Figma and design systems.
• Demonstrated AI-forward approach to design.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Collaborative approach to deliver cohesive experiences.
