Overview

The SMB Account Manager will support small childcare organizations from post-acquisition through successful onboarding and installation, ensuring customer satisfaction and relationship management.

In Short

  • Be the relationship manager for clients within an assigned territory
  • Communicate product enhancements and service performance
  • Coordinate client training to optimize product utilization
  • Achieve performance and sales expectations
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients
  • Facilitate client satisfaction surveys and reviews
  • Document all activities for maximum visibility
  • Handle upgrade requests and ensure full product usage

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role
  • Experience with Salesforce and CRM systems
  • Accounting background is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • 1-3 years in an account management role
  • Self-motivated and positive personality required
