Requirements

  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
  • Business acumen to understand client needs.
  • Ability to learn complex technical concepts.
  • Flexibility in work hours for US market.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.
