In Short

  • Lead and scale a high-performing, fully remote Business Development team.
  • Responsible for day-to-day coaching, pipeline generation outcomes, and performance management.
  • Core to executing our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) motion.
  • Ensure BDR activities align with priority target accounts.
  • Translate ABM strategy into daily execution.
  • Manage performance across leading and lagging indicators.
  • Motivate team members to exceed benchmarks through coaching.
  • Build account research and prospecting automations.
  • Streamline GTM processes to improve prospecting efficacy.
  • Ensure disciplined process adoption and reliable reporting.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of business/sales development experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • 2+ years of management experience.
  • Deep understanding of sales cycles and marketing funnels.
  • Hands-on experience with sales and marketing software/tools.
  • Strong analytical skills for diagnosing performance issues.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience aligning BDR execution to account-based marketing programs.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, Salesforce, Sigma is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop a growing team.
  • Proficiency with macOS and comfort working remotely.
