• Looking for a strategic HR Business Partner to support Engineering and Product organizations.
• Embedded partner to technical leadership, shaping org design and elevating manager capability.
• Work closely with VP of Engineering, VP of Product, and senior managers.
• Provide thought partnership on scaling, org structure, and team effectiveness.
• Coach managers on feedback, performance management, and decision-making.
• Diagnose team dynamics and drive interventions that improve execution.
• Lead talent assessments and performance processes for R&D.
• Implement new systems and processes as the company scales.
• Serve as a functional lead for R&D employee relations and compliance.
• Requires proficiency with macOS and remote work tools.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years in an HRBP role supporting technical teams.
• Strong ability to influence and build trust with senior leaders.
• Experience diagnosing organizational issues and designing interventions.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and creating clarity.
• Deep coaching experience with managers and senior ICs.
• Ability to understand technical environments and R&D rhythms.
• High judgment and calm communication style.
• Comfortable working fully remotely using tools like Slack and Zoom.
