We are seeking a people-oriented and versatile HR Business Partner to join our HR team. This role is ideal for an HR professional with a strong generalist background who thrives in a dynamic international environment and enjoys combining operational responsibilities and strategic initiatives.

In Short

• Act as a trusted advisor for managers on HR-related topics.
• Support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment and employee relations.

• Lead and support HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proven HR experience in an international environment.
• Comfortable working in a matrix organization.
• Strong cultural awareness and adaptability.
• Proactive and self-motivated team player.
• High levels of confidentiality and diplomacy.
• Excellent command of English & Spanish.
• Willingness to travel for collaboration and HR initiatives.
