In Short

• Drive the implementation of controlling standards and continuously improve processes.
• Assist with Area reporting, including budgeting, strategic planning, forecasting, and monthly actuals.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses via Power BI and regularly update reports.
• Maintain credit note and credit limit approval workflows.
• Value inventories and accounts receivables in compliance with guidelines.
• Contribute to the roll-out and further development of controlling systems and tools.
• Support controlling training programs within the Area.
• Coordinate with central functional departments for alignment and efficiency.
• Execute regular reviews to ensure compliance with standards.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Controlling in an international environment.
• Excellent English & good Spanish language skills; German is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); tech affinity.
• Strong sense of urgency and effective working style.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Proactive and effective interpersonal relationship and communication skills.
