Controller - LATAM - Remote

Overview

SellCord is seeking an experienced and proactive Controller to oversee accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and support strategic financial decision-making in a fully remote role.

In Short

• Oversee accounting functions including payroll, A/P, A/R, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and dashboards.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement scalable solutions.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
• Work with a remote team and contribute to a fast-growing company.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Strong command of GAAP and financial reporting best practices.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, payroll systems, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external accountants.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce or agency environments is a plus.
