Overview

The Controller plays a vital role in managing the financial operations of Mod Op, overseeing all accounting functions, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial guidance.

In Short

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and expense management.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly and year-end financial close.
• Manage revenue recognition in accordance with GAAP and ASC 606.
• Develop and monitor internal controls.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage cash flow and banking relationships.
• Oversee client billing and revenue reporting.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Lead preparation for annual audits.
• Drive process improvements through technology.

Requirements
