Overview

Lead the end-to-end finance function for a high-growth consumer-goods brand, owning accounting integrity, cash management, and strategic FP&A.

In Short

• Oversee full monthly close, consolidations, journal entries, and variance analysis in Fulfil.io.
• Build and maintain rolling 13-week cash-flow forecasts and annual budgets.
• Own cost-accounting model for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods; reconcile inventory sub-ledger to GL.
• Produce board-level financial statements, KPI dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses on margin, pricing, and promos.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax filings, and local statutory requirements across multiple entities.
• Manage external audit, banking, and insurance relationships; optimize working-capital lines.
• Design and document internal controls, approval workflows, and finance SOPs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
• Experience with Fulfil.io ERP preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
