In Short

• Manage the Accounting department
• Responsible for all accounting operations
• Produce financial statements
• Report to the COO
• Plan and coordinate all accounting functions
• Manage collections and payables
• Lead the annual audit process
• Manage budget and forecasting processes
• Oversee regulatory reporting and tax compliance
• Hire and train accounting staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• 3 - 5 years of experience as a Controller
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
• Experience with NetSuite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• MBA or relevant certification preferred
