Overview

The Controller is responsible for all areas relating to accounting, financial reporting and analysis, and cash management, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements while supervising a team of accountants and payroll personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in financial reporting and general ledger.
• Direct experience in managing cost and revenue inputs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify trends.
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Experience with General Ledger Reporting, Great Plains is a plus.
