The Controller is an experienced, detail-oriented professional responsible for overseeing the financial systems of Fogo Island Inn and its community businesses, providing strategic insight to support financial growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in financial management, preferably in hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, CFA preferred).
• Strong knowledge of hotel financial reporting systems.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
