Overview

The General Manager at Sonora Resort is responsible for the overall management and success of the resort, ensuring exceptional hospitality experiences while maintaining company standards and achieving financial goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years in a senior management position at a resort or hotel.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership and business intelligence skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with staff and guests.
  • Open-minded and problem-solving attitude.
  • Fluency in English; second languages are an asset.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in a live-in resort environment preferred.
