Requirements

• CPA, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and Big 4 Experience required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in controllership or corporate accounting roles.
• Proven experience preparing a company for IPO.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with Netsuite or similar ERP systems.
• Tech forward with a desire to utilize AI technologies.
