Overview

Mod Op is looking for a Talent Acquisition and Development Manager to own all global talent and development functions at the agency. The Talent Acquisition and Development Manager is a hands-on HR leader responsible for both executing and shaping the organization’s talent strategy. In this highly practical role, you will directly manage end-to-end recruiting, build and engage talent pipelines, drive our employer brand on LinkedIn and other platforms, and design and deliver development/retention programs. You’ll work side-by-side with leadership and hiring managers, owning results and continuously improving both the candidate and employee experience.

In Short

  • Proactively source candidates using various platforms.
  • Review resumes and conduct interviews.
  • Partner with hiring managers to draft job postings.
  • Oversee onboarding and gather feedback.
  • Develop talent pipelines for high-priority roles.
  • Enhance the company’s employer brand on LinkedIn.
  • Design and facilitate skill development workshops.
  • Administer internal job postings and referral programs.
  • Ensure compliance with US and Canadian employment laws.
  • Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and employee development.

Requirements

  • Experience in talent acquisition and HR management.
  • Strong understanding of employer branding strategies.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and improve processes.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations in the US and Canada.
  • Experience in designing development programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong networking skills with associations and universities.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
