Mod Op is looking for a Search Strategist to join our growing Search Experience Team, who is an experienced SEO professional who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and AI-powered innovation. Someone who is detailed oriented.

• Lead scalable SEO strategies across a broad portfolio of client websites.
• Optimize for traditional and generative search engines.
• Conduct keyword/topic research with entity optimization.
• Run technical audits with AI-first frameworks.
• Manage local SEO execution and off-page SEO efforts.
• Collaborate with dev, UX, content, and analytics teams.
• Analyze and create a search performance report.
• Leverage AI tools for automation and performance forecasting.
• Participate in CRO and A/B testing.
• Stay ahead of search algorithm updates.

Requirements

• A true team player.
• Fluent in English written and oral.
• 5+ years of SEO & Search experience.
• Deep knowledge of technical SEO and local search.
• Experience preparing sites for AI-era search.
• Understanding of structured data and conversational search.
• Comfortable with HTML and CMS platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in collaboration.
