Mod Op is looking for a Search Strategist to join our growing Search Experience Team, who is an experienced SEO professional who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and AI-powered innovation. Someone who is detailed oriented.

In Short

• Lead LLM-ready SEO strategies, bridging traditional and generative search.
• Conduct keyword/topic research with entity optimization and semantic structure in mind.
• Run technical audits (crawlability, indexing, CWV, structured data) with AI-first frameworks.
• Own local SEO execution: GMB optimization, citation building, NAP consistency.
• Manage off-page SEO efforts: link-building campaigns, backlink analysis, digital PR.
• Collaborate with dev, UX, content, and analytics teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Analyze and create a search performance report.
• Leverage AI tools to automate tasks: new business initiatives, content prompting, schema generation, performance forecasting.
• Participate in CRO and A/B testing to improve site experience and conversion.
• Stay ahead of search algorithm updates and evolving search experience platforms.

Requirements

• Experience in SEO and digital marketing.
• Proficiency with SEO & Analytics tools like GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
• Familiarity with AI & Automation tools such as ChatGPT, BrightEdge, Jasper.
• Knowledge of CRO, A/B testing methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
