HR Business Partner - Remote

Overview

The HR Business Partner will support clients in improving their HR function by providing professional-level client-focused service and programs within an outsourced model.

In Short

• Respond to human resources issues, problems, and questions via phone and e-mail.
• Develop, implement, and revise HR policies and procedures.
• Manage full-service client projects from inception to completion.
• Administer clients’ leave and government reporting.
• Assist in establishing HR priorities for clients.
• Develop employee handbooks and procedures.
• Provide HR audits, reports, and relationship building.
• Guide clients on federal, state, and local regulations.
• Advise on employee disciplinary procedures and performance management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and two or more years of HR experience.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification required.
• Computer literacy and knowledge of CRM/CMS systems.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment law.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to work independently.
• Initiative and good judgment in a professional manner.
• Ability to adapt to ambiguous situations.
