Overview

The HR Consultant is responsible for maintaining the overall relationship with clients and ensuring client satisfaction through strategic guidance and support.

• Manage HR functions and client relationships.
• Provide strategic guidance and ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain client goal plans.
• Identify compliance requirements and ensure policies are in place.
• Serve as the primary contact for contract issues.
• Create and conduct HR training for clients.
• Promote Asure services to clients.
• Organize and perform on-site HR functions.
• Oversee recruitment efforts.
• Maintain expertise in HR topics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and five years of HR experience.
• Professional HR Certification required.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
• Ability to analyze and interpret HR data.
• Excellent client management skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Computer literacy and MS Office skills.
• Experience in employee relations and HR policies.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
