Overview

We are seeking an HR Consultant for an hourly, 1099 contract role supporting compliance and HRIS administration.

In Short

• Part-time consulting position requiring 5 to 12 hours per week.
• Manage state tax registration and worker’s compensation tasks.

Requirements

• Proven expertise with Rippling.
• Knowledge of multi-state employment law and HR compliance.
• Experience with state tax registration for employers.
• Strong understanding of worker's compensation processes.
• Proficiency in processing employment changes accurately.
• Experience in HR workflow optimization and reporting.
• Prior experience in an HR consulting role is a plus.
