Overview

An experienced HR Consultant is sought for a leading company in ERP solutions for the Swiss healthcare sector, focusing on the implementation and support of specialized ERP solutions for clinics and hospitals.

In Short

• Implementation and support of ERP solutions for healthcare.
• Project management and customer support are central roles.
• Planning and execution of HR and payroll projects.
• Configuration and parameterization of applications with clients.

• Support during release changes and existing customer care.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Swiss payroll and social insurance.
• Experience as a payroll manager or accountant is ideal.
• Project management experience in HR is a plus.
• Consulting experience in HR or HR professional training is preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within German-speaking Switzerland.
• Analytical and systematic thinking with a customer-oriented approach.
• Strong numerical skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent German language skills; good French is a plus.
