Cylinder Health is seeking an organized, proactive, and collaborative event lead to drive strategy and execution across key moments in the buyer journey, managing events from planning to execution.

In Short

• Own the end-to-end planning and execution of events.
• Manage a calendar of hosted events and webinars.
• Represent Cylinder on-site at key events.
• Support the creation of event-specific content.
• Coordinate with sales teams for engagement and follow-up.
• Build and manage timelines, budgets, and task lists.
• Track event performance and generate insights.
• Collaborate remotely with stakeholders.
• 4–6 years of experience in event coordination or marketing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing timelines, vendors, and budgets.
• Familiarity with tools like Zoom, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Salesforce.
• Experience with B2B marketing or health care is a plus.
