Overview

As an HR Consultant at 512Financial, you will manage HR operations and support employee relations while helping clients build strong HR practices.

In Short

  • Hands-on HR partner managing day-to-day operations.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients through effective communication.
  • Deliver high-quality work on time with minimal supervision.
  • Provide HR guidance on compliance and operational issues.
  • Adapt to shifting client priorities and find compliant solutions.
  • Coordinate projects across multiple clients with competing deadlines.
  • Facilitate client trainings and workshops confidently.
  • Leverage HR technology to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of HR generalist experience.
  • Experience with small to mid-sized companies preferred.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems like Paylocity or BambooHR a plus.
  • Strong client/stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Consulting experience preferred.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
