Overview

As an HR Consultant at 512Financial, you will manage HR operations and support employee relations across multiple companies, ensuring compliance and helping clients build strong people practices.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems like Paylocity or BambooHR.
• Strong client/stakeholder relationship skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced environments preferred.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Track record of delivering results in consulting settings.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus.
