The Senior HR Consultant will serve as a trusted advisor and partner to executives, managers, and HR teams, balancing strategic guidance with hands-on support across a diverse portfolio of clients.

In Short

  • Contribute to internal HR process development.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Experience in a client-facing HRBP or consultant role.
  • Expertise in employment law and compliance.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in HR systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • HR certification preferred.
  • Experience in a consulting model preferred.
