Overview

The HR Business Partner will work closely with the Venues Operations Leadership team to shape and deliver a people strategy that enhances performance and creates a fantastic workplace culture.

In Short

  • Partner with Venues teams and Regional Operations Managers.
  • Support culture-building aligned to company values.
  • Contribute to People & Culture projects using data.
  • Champion talent through recruitment and development.
  • Lead on complex employee relations matters.
  • Ensure compliance with CSR and governance standards.
  • Provide HR guidance and coaching to managers.
  • Deputise for the People Director as required.
  • Drive engagement and performance across venues.
  • Experience in a unionised environment is desirable.

Requirements

  • Strong HR experience with knowledge of employment law.
  • Experience in fast-paced retail, leisure, or hospitality.
  • Proven success in multi-site or field-based roles.
  • Confidence working closely with senior leaders.
  • Experience delivering impactful people strategies.
  • Ability to work in a matrix structure.
  • Willingness to challenge and inspire others.
  • Broad HR generalist background (ER, reward, talent).
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • CIPD qualification is desirable.
