Overview

The Group Estates Manager will oversee all aspects of the Group's UK property affairs, managing leases, rents, and service charges across multiple sites.

In Short

• Manage property leases, rents, rates, and insurance for Group sites.
• Negotiate new leases, re-gears, surrenders, exits, and dilapidation claims.
• Oversee parking arrangements and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Maintain and update the Estate Management database.
• Identify and action value realization opportunities for the estate.
• Provide annual budgets and forecast costs.
• Cover approximately 100 venues across the UK.
• Lead and develop small, high-performing teams.
• Operate within regulated and licensed business environments.
• Work towards a relevant professional qualification.

• Proven expertise in managing multi-site property portfolios.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Experience in regulated business environments.
• Relevant professional qualification (or in progress).
