Group Estates Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for our next Group Estates Manager! You will be joining Rank's Estates team in this field-based role where you will be responsible for all aspects of the Group's UK property affairs.

In Short

• Manage property leases, rents, rates, service charges, and insurance for all Group sites.
• Negotiate new leases, re-gears, surrenders, exits, and dilapidation claims.
• Oversee parking arrangements and maximize revenue opportunities across the estate.
• Maintain and update the Estate Management database.
• Review the Group's estate to identify and action value realization opportunities.
• Provide annual budgets and forecast costs to support the finance function.
• Cover circa 100 venues from Aberdeen to Plymouth and from Swansea to Great Yarmouth.
• Experience in managing multi-site estates is required.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills are essential.
• Professional relevant qualification preferred.
