Overview

The Group Manager at JLL is responsible for overseeing the management and professional development of building personnel, ensuring client and tenant satisfaction, and managing properties according to JLL's standards.

• Manage and supervise building personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years in commercial real estate or property management.
• 3-4 years of experience managing teams.
• Experience in budget preparation and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of building systems and lease negotiations.
• LEED AP accreditation required within 6 months.
• Real Estate license required within 6 months.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to solve practical problems and make decisions.
