Customer Success Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Customer Success Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary technical liaison between our customers and our product development and support teams.

In Short

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices.

• Act as an advocate for the customer internally.

Requirements

• U.S. residency is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong technical aptitude with APIs and software architectures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven track record of managing multiple customer engagements.
