In Short

• Provide end-to-end leadership across HR operations, compliance, and employee relations.
• Report to the VP of Finance & People and serve as the primary HR expert for the French entity.
• Ensure compliance with French labor law and manage employee relations issues.
• Lead performance management processes and cultural stewardship.
• Collaborate with business leaders on org design and change management.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition for a seamless employee journey.
• Contribute to cross-functional People initiatives and ad hoc projects.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is preferred.
• Remote-first philosophy with flexible hours.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner.
• Proven ability to take ownership and manage HR operations independently.
• Deep expertise in French labor law and HR administration.
• Strong experience in employee relations and performance management.
• Ability to partner effectively with executives and cross-functional leaders.
• Proven experience leading CSE activities.
• Comfort with GDPR-compliant handling of employee data.
