Overview

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to organizational leadership, leading key HR initiatives and supporting the overall strategic direction of the HR function.

In Short

  • Serve as a strategic HR advisor to leadership.
  • Lead HR initiatives and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure legal and policy compliance.
  • Support employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit.
  • Manage talent development and employee relations.
  • Oversee HR operations and documentation.
  • Coordinate training programs across the organization.
  • Monitor changes in employment laws and recommend policy updates.
  • Administer employee benefits and manage payroll processes.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage associated procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or HR-related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in California.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and HRIS software.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems.
  • Active listening skills and ability to build rapport.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations issues.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
  • Project Management experience.
