Overview

The Admissions Coordinator will be the first point of contact for patients, guiding them through the initial steps of their mental health journey while working remotely in the PST or MST time zone.

In Short

  • Manage incoming and outgoing communication for new and returning patients.
  • Schedule consultations and send out New Patient Packets.
  • Use Salesforce for patient follow-ups and communication records.
  • Guide patients through registration and portal account creation.
  • Coordinate provider referrals and verify insurance eligibility.
  • Reconnect with previous patients for follow-ups.
  • Provide administrative support for a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient care.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare administration or patient coordination.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Must work Pacific or Mountain Standard Time hours.
