Overview

ARC Health OPCO is seeking an experienced and highly organized Paralegal / Legal Coordinator to support legal, compliance, real estate, and insurance-related administrative functions.

In Short

  • Draft, review, and organize legal documents.
  • Maintain corporate governance documents across multiple states.
  • Liaise with insurance brokers.
  • Support real estate workflows and legal review processes.
  • Track key dates and manage compliance reporting.
  • Assist with M&A due diligence and document collection.
  • Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
  • Work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Manage signature processes and ensure document retention.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive legal matters.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; Paralegal certification strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of paralegal or related administrative experience.
  • Experience in healthcare or behavioral health preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management tools.
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and tight timelines.
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work individually and in a remote team environment.
