Overview

The Partner Coordinator plays a vital administrative and operational role within our Partner Alliance team, crucial for maintaining the health, compliance, and operational efficiency of our strategic partnerships with key technology vendors.

In Short

  • Manage partner certification and compliance.
  • Support new partner onboarding processes.
  • Handle rebate and incentive management.
  • Administer partner portals and maintain records.
  • Provide administrative support to Partner Relations Managers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure timely renewals and training for certifications.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data.
  • Assist in financial tracking and reporting.
  • Support partner event logistics.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Understanding of IT channel concepts is a plus.
  • Basic financial tracking experience is desirable.
