Overview

This role blends project management discipline with organizational change leadership to drive business transformation for both clients and internally within Burwood.

In Short

  • Contract to hire position with immediate start.
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across client and internal initiatives.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project roadmaps and success metrics.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams for best outcomes.
  • Support development of an OCM framework for Burwood.
  • Build and institutionalize OCM tools, templates, and playbooks.
  • Design and implement adoption metrics and sustainment strategies.
  • Provide guidance on communications planning for behavioral change.
  • Partner with teams to embed OCM principles into methodologies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in technology and business transformation projects.
  • Proven experience in Organizational Change Management strategies.
  • Highly skilled in communications planning and execution.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
  • Experience in both Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
  • Project Management certification (PMP or CSM) preferred.
  • Competent in building presentations and process mapping.
  • Experience in merger and acquisition cycles is a plus.
  • Experience in the Healthcare vertical is a plus.
