Overview

The Customer Experience Sr. Consultant will oversee the design, architecture, implementation, and security of unified contact center technologies, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience in full project lifecycle for Contact Center/CCaaS initiatives.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in various formats.
  • Accountability and dedication to quality work.
  • Willingness to travel for client needs.
  • Experience with Cisco Contact Center technologies.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like JSON, Java, Python, PowerShell.
  • Experience with Genesys Cloud, Five9, Ujet, Verint, Nice CXOne preferred.
