Legal Section Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The State Bar of Wisconsin is searching for a diplomatic, organized collaborator to work directly with our law practice-related sections to advance the State Bar's mission through the development, delivery, and management of innovative programs, services, and events.

In Short

• Work directly with law practice-related sections.
• Guide section membership in strategic planning and budgeting.
• Implement initiatives with hands-on involvement.
• Build collaborative relationships with section board members.
• Develop communication strategies for member engagement.
• Set and track standards for program efficiency.
• Administer Continued Legal Education (CLE) seminars.
• Work with a mission-driven organization.
• Flexible work environment with remote options.
• In-state travel required (up to 15%).

Requirements

• 4-year degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Excellent relationship building skills.
• Experience working with volunteer leaders and committees.
• Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
• Negotiation and conflict management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with legal issues.
• Proficient in MS Office products.
• Ability to travel (up to 15%).
