Overview

The Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in streamlining and supporting the Legal, Finance, and Order Entry functions company-wide. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage diverse responsibilities and ensure smooth operational flow.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Legal, Finance, and Order Entry requests.
  • Comprehensive records management for customers and vendors.
  • Management of incoming mail, including review and distribution.
  • Support corporate governance tasks.
  • Providing project support for key strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience with legal documents and contracts.
  • Experience working with SaaS companies.
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers.
  • Comfortable working in a remote work environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce).
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Project coordination and management abilities.
  • Customer service mindset.
  • The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Experience with CLM tools (preferred).
