The Team Manager of Customer Success at Appspace is responsible for leading a team of Customer Success Managers, focusing on hiring, training, and performance management to ensure exceptional service delivery to customers.

  • Manage day-to-day operations and career development of Customer Success Managers.
  • Maintain high team engagement and motivation.
  • Effectively manage a team of up to 10 members.
  • Serve as the first escalation point for customer satisfaction issues.
  • Responsible for team’s Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • Report on churn risks and mitigation efforts.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify areas for innovation.
  • Develop and mentor team members to achieve their goals.
  • Recruit and train new team members while improving team capabilities.
  • Maximize efficiency in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • 3+ years of management experience in customer success.
  • Proven leadership and ability to influence and empower employees.
  • Experience with customer escalations.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication skills in various group settings.
  • Degree in Business or related field preferred.
