Poll Everywhere is seeking a Customer Success Team Manager to lead and mentor the Customer Success Managers (CSMs) while enhancing strategies for customer retention and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a customer success role supporting SaaS products.
  • Strong coaching and motivational skills.
  • Analytical skills for deriving insights from customer data.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
