In Short

  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and success across a portfolio of EMEA-based clients.
  • Serve as the senior customer advocate within the organization.
  • Oversee the resolution of customer issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Drive customer retention and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for the team and track performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Track and report team progress on key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success Management.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership or team lead role.
  • Experience managing enterprise customers, especially in the Insurance sector.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach a team.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • EMEA-wide experience managing diverse teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Willingness to travel across the EMEA region.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
