Overview

As a front-line manager, you will lead a team of Customer Success Managers, ensuring effective onboarding and product activation for Ramp’s Upper Mid-Market and Enterprise customers while collaborating with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer success or sales experience.
  • 5+ years of experience leading customer success teams.
  • Experience in fast-paced GTM environments.
  • Strong hiring and team planning skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical product value.
  • Proficient in data analytics tools like Salesforce.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Ability to drive decisions using data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with accounting software is a plus.
