The Customer Success Manager at Poll Everywhere will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring they realize the full value of the platform while building strong relationships that foster product adoption and revenue growth.

  • Identify expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales.
  • Deliver data-driven insights to showcase ROI.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in a Customer Success or Account Management role.
  • 1-2 years of experience supporting SaaS products.
  • Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with effective time management.
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Experience in Higher Education and Learning Management Systems.
  • Motivation and flexibility to work independently and as part of a team.
