Overview

The Customer Success Manager at Equifax is responsible for optimizing the Customer Experience lifecycle and ensuring customers realize expected value from EFX solutions.

In Short

  • Proactively drive adoption, usage, and retention of EFX solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and customers.
  • Drive customer advocacy and resolve customer issues.
  • Create success plans for clients and monitor customer health.
  • Educate clients on the business value of solutions.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with Account Executives.
  • Utilize customer feedback to inform product roadmaps.
  • Assist with customer support issue resolutions.
  • Strong project management skills are essential.
  • Self-driven and proactive approach is preferred.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in customer success or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Experience promoting value through customer experience.
  • Ability to work with complex, multi-divisional customers.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
