LeafLink seeks a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team, working directly with top customers to guide their success through our marketplace and financial service solutions.

In Short

  • Serve as the key Customer Success Management team member for your book of business.
  • Help customers succeed by demonstrating opportunities available through LeafLink.
  • Make recommendations and assist customers with best practices on the platform.
  • Take accountability for customer satisfaction and value.
  • Expand customer usage of LeafLink through outreach and training.
  • Identify upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop relationships with major brands and retailers in the cannabis industry.
  • Meet quarterly goals related to customer engagement and adoption metrics.
  • Leverage data to identify and address gaps in customer operations.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and manage expectations effectively.

Requirements

  • Business degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3+ years in a consultative customer-facing role with enterprise software.
  • Experience communicating technical software features.
  • Understanding of the legalized cannabis industry.
  • Proficiency in operational payment cycles and inventory management.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Track record of building strong customer relationships.
  • Strong meeting facilitation skills.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and other analytics tools.
