• Drive the performance of a team of product managers and recruit top talent.
• Ensure alignment with executive stakeholders in technology, sales, and legal.
• Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and drive product direction.
• Manage executional rigor to deliver product efforts on time to meet market demands.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of Product Management experience.
• 7-10 years of product management experience with team leadership experience.
• Experience in cloud-based products and services.
• Expertise in writing detailed product requirements.
• Proficiency in product tools like Aha, JIRA, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of customer needs through market analysis.
• Ability to communicate vision and align team efforts with strategy.
• Skilled at leading through influence in a matrixed environment.
• Experience in managing product execution to meet market demands.
